Alerts
You can create, edit, delete and check alerts from any page at the top of the screen.

For example, when a client requests an appointment from their portal, you will receive an email as well as an alert inside your account. You can easily approve appointments from the alert screen by clicking on the alert.
Or you can create alerts for your own use. These work great as a "to do" list for helping to keep track of various things for your practice.
