You can delete a note at any time if you are sure that you want to do so. Simply click the "Delete Note" button at the bottom left of any note section page.

You will see a pop-up screen that asks if you are sure you want to delete this note.

If you Delete the note, it will be saved for approximately 14 days until it is removed from the system. This is a safeguard just in case you need to retrieve the note due to an error.

Additionally, the system will email you about 2 to 3 days prior to the note's pending deletion, which is permanent. If you wanted to retrieve the note, you can follow the link in that email to get the note back.
