A unique approach to rapidly creating a medical history is to extract the most common symptoms / diagnoses that a medication is used for.

When creating a new client or note and you have an empty medical history, just click the "Extract Medical Problems" button. If you don't have medications entered, it will take you to the medications page, and after entering the medications, you will see an "Extract Medical Problems" button.

This will fill out, surprisingly accurately, a basic medical history that you can expand upon during your client visit or from other sources.
