In the "Site Settings", you can choose "Reminders" to turn On or Off email notifications for "Reminders about Unsigned Notes". The system will look for unsigned notes that been dormant for a little while and send your reminders about them unless you turn these notifications off.

ReactEHR's system will also check for notes that have been "marked for deletion" that are older than a few weeks and send you a courtesy email about notes that will be deleted permanently in the next few days. You can turn these notifications On or Off as well.
